Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

Make up Procedure
Prove and bake La Parisienne Large Butter Croissant as per instructions on pack – Proofing and Baking Guidelines
Take each croissant, cut in half and to the inside base add 70g of the filling.
Place on a baking tray and top with 12g of tasty cheese and 1g dried basil.
Baking
200°C for approximately 5 minutes
Makes approximately 12 large croissants
